According to Bureau of Economic Development of Ji’nan Culture&Tourism Area, the overall planning of Chudu Wildlife Park has been completed and it is expected to be built at the end of October. This project will set up Chu Culture Heritage Wildlife Park, National 5A Tourism Scenic Spot, National Youth Science Education Base, and Cultural Relics Protection Demonstration Park by “integrated planning and being implemented by stages” so as to build it as the new name card of Jingzhou as a tourism city.

Located at Yutai Village in Ji’nan Culture&Tourism Area, this project covers an area of around 2,800 mu with a planned investment of around 1billion. The wildlife park consists of seven regions, including visitors’ supporting service area, visitor experience center, Chu culture roaming park, animal interactive zone, bird world, beast exploration zone and herbivorous natural zone. Moreover, it sets up a lot of programs including circus show, King Chu cruise, national protected animals exhibition hall, giant panda hall, swanlake, wolf zone, tiger zone, and upper-air glass trestle. It also creates landscapes such as primitive bamboos, rainforest, forestry, prairie, and Amazon Rain Forest. Besides entertainment, the Chengdu Animal Museum is also planned to be built in the wildlife park and build a platform for visitors to know more about the natural ecological environment of Chu State with the themed demonstration method of modern museum to showcase 65 local animals, birds,fishes, and worms recorded in Songs of Chu.

It is said that, through construction by phase, this scenic spot will focus on introducing and supporting the developmentof a large number of large-scale leading projects to set up Chu Culture Themed Entertainment Resort, Chu Culture Themed Science, Technology and Entertainment Base so as to highlight the local geographic feature and build the brand of Chu culture.
